hey friends, nothing too exciting to update you on. I’ve been working on “behind the scenes” type stuff and preparing for some huge things coming up in the future, when things become concrete I’ll let you guys know whats going on but for now check out some new pics i put up in the photos section, and if you haven’t already, please check out the 2 new songs in the post previous to this one.

I stepped into 2009 with the plan to challenge myself, go out of my comfort zone and push myself to my potential. I used to care what people think, their opinions used to matter to me, but now i just want to do me without any doubts.

I’ve learned a lot about myself in 2009, when I want to do something, I go for it. I went from writing songs in my room on my acoustic guitar to recording an EP at an amazing studio within 8 months. It takes some artists these days (without day jobs) longer to do that. I don’t mean to sound so egotistical but Im carrying out something I’ve wanted and daydreamed about since i was 10.

The message of this post is that if you really want something, its all on you to get it. Nobody can stop you if you are truly motivated to get it done. People will comment, they will have discouraging things to say to you, don’t let any of that psych you out. You’ll know you’re doing something right when the naysayers start emerging.

Lets make 2010 a progressive year. New decade ! New work ethic ! Whatever you’re into, tear it up!
